CPHM Piranhas Registration- Long Course

The following dates and times will be the registration period for the Spring/Summer Long Course Season at the Shenendehowa Aquatic Center:

Saturday April 17th 8-11 AM

Monday April 19^th 6-8 PM

During Registration dates, all swimmers will be tested to determine what group level they should sign up. On date of registration, you will need to do the following:

- Register as a USA Swimmer for the CPHM Piranhas. Once registered, you will be a registered USA swimmer from the date USA Swimming registers the swimmer to December 31st, 2010

- Download, Print, and Fill out the following form: Swimmer Registration Form

- Download, Print, and Fill out the following form: Swimmer Profile Form 

- Bring a copy of a birth certificate for each swimmer

- If coming from a previous USA Swimming Team, fill out a transfer form to successfully complete transfer of status. Adirondack Swimming Release/Transfer Form

- Pay registration fee for the Spring/Summer season

- Swimsuit, goggles and be prepared to swim; towels and bottled water are nice to have too!

Group Registration Fee *
Group Rates cover the entire Long Course Season (April 19^th-July 25th) and are as follows:
 
Senior                        $500.00
Junior                         $450.00
Age Group II              $400.00
Age Group I               $350.00
Mini-Piranhas           $300.00

* Multiple Family Swimmer Discount: $25.00 discount for each additional swimmer after
   the first swimmer

CPHM Piranhas Registration - Short Course

 The following dates and times will be the registration period for the Fall/Winter Short Course Season at the Shenendehowa Aquatic Center:

Tuesday September 8th 6-8 PM

Saturday September 12th 9-12 Noon


During Registration dates, all swimmers will be tested to determine what group level they should sign up. On date of registration, you will need to do the following:

- Register as a USA Swimmer for the CPHM Piranhas. Once registered, you will be a registered USA swimmer from the date USA Swimming registers the swimmer to December 31st, 2010

Senior                        $700.00
Junior                         $650.00
Age Group II              $600.00
Age Group I               $500.00
Mini-Piranhas           $300.00

* USA Swimming Registration Fee ($61) is included as part of registration fee

* Multiple Family Swimmer Discount: $25.00 discount for each additional swimmer after
   the first swimmer

* $100 discount to a Shenendehowa athlete who participates in an inter-scholastic sport
   (one discount per swimmer)

* Note: We will honor Multiple Swimmer Discount and inter-scholastic sport discount
